BYU Volleyball

Scott had the chance to go with his Mom and his sister Becky to the semi-final match of the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation conference volleyball tournament.  BYU played UC Santa Barbara in the Smith Fieldhouse at BYU and won 3-0.  They had a wonderful time and were able to capture some fun pictures.

First  - it was a beautiful day and the "Y" was most evident on the mount
Here we are getting ready for the match - we arrived just a little early - the place did fill up!
The final score in the 3rd set - note that BYU had won the previous 2 sets!
Becky and Mom with 6'8" Michael Hatch who set a personal record of 13 blocks during the match
With fan favorite Josue Rivera from Puerto Rico
With one of the "official" volleyballs used during the match
Posing with Taylor Sander - who is BYU's best player and may possibly be the NCAA national volleyball player of the year.  Note President Samuelson off to the right with whom they had a chance to visit afterwards.
