Mom's new work

The dental office where Mom works moved to a new location this past Monday.  Here are a few photos of the brand new clinic.
If the outside didn't make you think this is a lodge, then this waiting area will!  This is a beautiful facility.
Here is the desk where you check in

Where you check out - the room at the back is where Mom now works!!

Combined Activity

Tonight for Mutual we met at the park and had a bar-b-que and then played some games.  The first game was to divide the youth into 4 teams of about 5 or 6 each.  One of players put a flag in their back pocket and all team members linked arms.  The goal was for each team to try and get the flag of the other teams without breaking the link.  They had a great time.  A few pictures of us gathering and then the flag team event - which really turned into a rugby match!
After the "rugby" game we played Red Rover - something I haven't played for years!
Here one of our tough young women breaks through the line!
Thanks Deacon's Quorum (Br. Martin) for a great activity!

Seattle Sounders!

We went to our first Seattle Sounder soccer match today in Seattle.  We had a very fun time - the Sounders beat Colorado 4-3 and the weather was very pleasant.
Here was our first view of the "pitch" (field) as we came from the parking garage
Getting settled into our seats
Warming up
We had a nice view of the top of the Seattle Spaceneedle from our seats
The fans on the stands across the pitch from us are celbrating one of Seattle's 4 goals!
Kasey Keller, from North Thurston High School, plays goalkeeper for Seattle - this is his last year as he is getting close to 40:)
I took this picture in the 87th minute of the match thinking 4-2 would be the final score - alas Colorado score a couple of minutes later to make the final 4-3 - the Sounders still victorious.  We really had a fun day.

Camp Hahobas

I, Scott, had the chance to attend an afternoon and evening at Camp Hahobas with our Scout troop.  Every 4 years or so the church sponsored an encampment and invites any scout troop to attend.  This year I think there were about 600 scouters attending.  Here are a few of the photos taken:

Two of our troop members working the archery range
I haven't seen a Buddy Board since I worked at Camp Maple Dell in Payson, Utah.  You always have to take a buddy with you to the lake to swim or boat.

Beautiful Robbins Lake
Here's the 6 boys from our troop and their two leaders - and me of course
My good friend, Larry, had his ward's troop there as well.  It was great to visit with him.
