Zoo, Baseball, and Dancing

While in Springfield we went to a baseball game - the Cardinals which is a AA affiliate of the St. Louis Cardinals - they have a beautiful little stadium in Springfield and a faithful following of fans.  We enjoyed ourselves as the pictures attest:
We also visited the Springfield Zoo and also had a great time there.

We saw a family of turtles on our train ride around the zoo lake

Each of the kids got to feed the giraffe!
It was great watching Grandma darlin teaching the little ones some dance moves!

I don't think I've ever seen those blue birds either--they are beautiful. What fun you two had with the Shakespear's. What a cute family and I can't believe the twins are that big already, but they are over a year old now! Time is flying! = )
