I wanted to include this picture of my sweetheart because she's so cute! I also want to prove to certain members of our sweet family that we did remember to use the red plate on her special day!!

Kitchen Finale/Fruit!

We wanted you to see some of our last editions to the kitchen - which is now officially finished!

Here is an example of the wooden blinds we bought for the windows in the dining room and the kitchen. We also have a double blind over the sliding glass door leading to the deck.

We were very pleased with the way the backsplash tile turned out. It's also under the cabinets where we keep the cereal, etc. and also under the cabinets where we keep our dishes.

You've seen the sink before but never full of plums! (This picture represents about a third of our plum pickin' this year!) Our plum tree this year was very productive - we've spent many nights lately making plum jam and it's quite delicious!

While not as productive as the plum tree, we've enjoyed quite a few apples this year as well. We've really enjoyed eating fruit and veggies from our own garden!
